Every mandate at Vanguard is handled by the principal — not passed down a chain of intermediaries. Personal specialisation in Vietnamese Portland cement; comfort across the full commodity basket and the banking instruments that finance it.
Pradeep Shukla founded Vanguard Trade Capital Goods Wholesalers DWC-LLC to bring institutional-grade trade execution to buyers and producers across global commodity markets. He has been active in international commodity trade since 2015, with a closed-deal record spanning Portland cement — his primary specialisation, sourced FOB Vietnam — edible oils, and soybean meal.
Prior to launching Vanguard, Pradeep held roles at Barclays Bank and American Express, giving him first-hand fluency in the payment instruments — SBLC, DLC, MT700, MT760, MT799, and MT103 — that underpin every cross-border transaction. That banking background is what sets Vanguard apart in a market where most intermediaries are strong on either commercial or financial mechanics, rarely both.
Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney. He operates from the company's licensed headquarters in Dubai South Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
"In commodity trade, reputations are built one shipment at a time."
There are no shortcuts, no clever workarounds — only disciplined process, honest documentation, and the willingness to do what you said you would do.
Every deal we close is a promise kept twice: once to the seller, once to the buyer. Everything else is paperwork.
Vanguard was built because I believe modern global trade is asking for exactly that discipline. Every counterparty who joins us — buyer, seller, banker, or consultant — becomes part of that standard.
Welcome.
Trade with certainty.
Every enquiry — buyer, seller, banker, or consultant — reaches the desk. WhatsApp is the fastest response channel; email is preferred for ICPO, LOI, and Full Corporate Offer documentation.
